I want to make 3 small loaves instead of 1 large. How much baking time do I cut when making 3? Thanks.
gosh, not sure, i don’t usually bake small loaves, but if there is an average time that a loaf bakes in a small pan, i would go with that amount of time. the loaf is not super wet, due to berries or a swirl or anything . . .

One last question. If using “real” rum, will my grandkids & adults get “buzzed” or does the alcohol “burn off”, as in lighting it?
